Designing impactful event branding for travel technology leaders

Returning after a two-year hiatus, the conference needed a fresh event identity that would engage attendees while clearly communicating complex industry developments. The event brought together airline leaders from around the world, requiring a visual approach that balanced professionalism, innovation, and accessibility.
We created a distinctive event brand built around a “window into the journey” concept, helping attendees navigate complex travel technology updates. The visual identity was rolled out across presentations, event materials and A2 posters, delivering a consistent and engaging experience from arrival through to the final session.
Impact
10/10
was the rating given by a conference attendee, stating: “The main reasons are the quality of the workshops and interventions, as well as the airline and partner presentations. The sessions were very engaging and provided valuable insights into current challenges and solutions in customer communication.

TDL played a key role in translating the narrative of our Customer Conference into a strong visual story, while evolving the branding from our previous events. From the outset, their approach focused on how the event narrative would come to life through the slides, working closely with me and our content to ensure the visuals supported and enhanced the messaging rather than sitting separately. ”
Designing for engagement
Making complex conversations easier to navigate
The conference covered detailed developments in travel technology, bringing together people with different roles, priorities and levels of technical knowledge. The visual identity needed to do more than make the event look distinctive. It had to create an easy-to-navigate environment for sharing complex ideas.
By carrying the “window into the journey” concept consistently across presentations, posters and event materials, we gave 15below a flexible visual language that connected every touchpoint. The result was a joined-up experience that helped frame complex content, maintain audience engagement and give the conference an identity of its own.

We designed on-brand name badges that helped attendees connect while reinforcing the conference identity.
